Review: Piggy Paint

Piggy Paint- Girls Rule Polish

My Thoughts

I received Piggy Paint -Girl's rule polish for review. Piggy Paint has great features. I love that it is odorless! The smell of polishes are overwhelming & they give me & everyone else around me headaches. Piggy Paint is also non-toxic & safe to use on kids nails. My favorite color is pink. This is on the darker site of it, but love it!

About Piggy Paint

Imagine a nail polish especially for those precious little girls in your life. Piggy Paint was founded by Melanie Hurley, a Stay-at-Home Mom with two fancy little girls, who love to have their fingernails painted. This Mom always hated the thought of her children putting their hands in their mouths after she painted their nails with traditional kid polishes. Not only did the ingestion of chemicals worry her, but the smell left her light-headed after painting two sets of fingernails and toenails.

One day while Melanie was painting her girls' fingernails over a foam plate, her daughter dropped a big glob of the solvent-based polish onto the plate. Shortly after, the paint began to bubble and "ate" through the plate. She looked in dismay at the hole and decided to test all of their other "kid" polishes on the plate. From that day on , this Stay-at-home Mom decided that any flammable substance that could eat mouths. Her quest was on, and Piggy Paint was born.

As you may have guessed it, the polish is non-flammable and sits beautifully on the foam. This water-based, non-toxic polish is specially formulated of natural ingredients and its proudly made in the United Stated of America. It is free of formaldehyde, toluene, phthalates, biphenyl A, ethyl acetate and acetone. Piggy Paint's hypoallergenic, odorless formula makes it gentle enough for sensitive little hands and noses, yet it dries to a hard, durable finish that can easily be removed with Piggy Paint Polish Remover. This unique remover is also safe to use, and contains none of the solvents that could offend your nose or harm our atmosphere.

Piggy Paint is available in an array of fun, vibrant colors and adorable gift sets. The color names are suited for a little girl's imagination , such as "Clouds of Candy" and "Forever Fancy". Since their launch in September 2008, this company has quickly become a favorite for celebrities like Tori Spelling, who invited the Piggy Paint gals to paint lots of little piggies at her daughter, Stella's first birthday party. It is also a best seller at The Little Seed in LA, owned by Soleil Moon Frye.

Finally, a kid-friendly polish without the accompanying drawbacks of traditional polishes. It has no foul odors, no toxic chemicals, and will not damage your little ones' nails or the environment. Piggy Paint takes the worry out of painting nails and puts the fun back into this enjoyable activity you can share with your daughter and other special girls in your life. Say good-bye to
