This Saturday, February 18, The Hub, a TV network for kids and their parents, presents TRANSFORMERS Mega-Saturday. The network will premiere "Transformers Rescue Bots, " a new animated series for younger Transformers fans at 11:30am ET/8:30am PT, herald the return of "Transformers Prime" with the season two premiere at 8:30pm ET / 5:30pm PT and celebrate the network premiere of the 1986 classic film Transformers: The Animated Movie starring the Orson Welles in his final role at 9pm ET/6pm PT.
"Transformers Rescue Bots" features the vocal talents of LeVar Burton ("Reading Rainbow"), Lacey Chabert ("Party of Five"), Steve Blum (Starscream on "Transformers Prime") and Maurice LaMarche (Emmy Award winner for "Futurama"). And in "Transformers Prime," the voices of Peter Cullen (Optimus Prime in the Transformers feature films), Frank Welker and Kevin Michael Richardson are featured.
