My family recently moved to a new house. We love it, but have been thinking that the walls need a little color. So I was totally psyched when I was offered to review Clark+Kensington paint from Ace Hardware.
My whole experience started on a positive note. Everything was set up for me, so all I had to do was go and pick up my gallon of paint from my local Ace Hardware store. My husband and I went to our local Ace Hardware store, they were very friendly and willing to help. They had the paint ready and waiting for me, and the whole process only took less than 5 minutes.
Once we got home, it was on like Donkey Kong!! The kitchen looked like a tornado hit it. My husband was kind enough to paint our kitchen for me. He has painted quit a bit in his time, and he gave me a few thoughts on the Clark+Kensington paint. He informed me that all paints are not created equal. Some paints are very runny and take a lot of coats to cover the wall. But the Clark+Kensington paint is a high quality paint. It's paint and primer in one, it's nice and thick, and covers very well. Once it was done, we were very excited with the end result. We went with Family Crest-2022 in Satin Finish.The color was a little different than what we expected. But I am super happy with how it turned out. I would suggest getting samples of your color choice ahead of time. With different lighting, the color looks different. I'm not saying that it's a bad thing, I just wanted to let you all know.
